Meet Your Host - Kate Burr
Kate Burr is a Professional Event MC who helps event organisers to deliver outstanding live events that are fun, enjoyable and well organised. As an award-winning Comedian, she used to run Comedy shows as Fundraisers for Schools and Sporting Clubs, so the idea for fundraising $5000+ in 1 night came out of the information Kate would give the organisers to help them put on a successful fundraising event.
With a background in Event Management (and a few years as the Front-Office-Lady in a Primary School), Kate has seen fundraising from all viewpoints: as the MC/Host, the Entertainment, the Coordinator, a Volunteer and a Supporter. This training takes all these viewpoints and delivers you a simplified system for success.
